The Story of T&B
My childhood was a tapestry of joyful moments spent in the kitchens of Iran and Spain with my grandmother and great-grandmother. Their intricate cooking methods and the love they infused into every dish mesmerized me. These times were about more than food; they were about creating bonds.
Studying at the Lycée Français de Malaga and traveling to France deepened my appreciation for French cuisine. My scientific background as a pharmacist fosters my curiosity to understand baking's science.
The inspiration for Tarts and Beyond came from my quest for belonging, nurturing my inner self, and celebrating community and heritage. Here, every expectation is surpassed, and every taste bud is delighted. My love for sharing exquisite dishes thrives, bringing joy and a sense of community to all who visit.
T&B is the culmination of decades of passion for innovative kitchen creations, inspired by feeding my family and guests. The final push came from a deceitful endeavor, making me realize I could succeed on my own.
